Everyone need to be motivated in life and solutions to get rid of negative thoughts. Here I'm going to write some of my experiences which help to be motivated and positive. Hope you would also like these steps. 1- Smile- Don't think so that you should always smile, People will say fool to you. It means you should smile wherever it need. Don't check it, let it come out of the need. It gives natural benefits to your physical fitness. If you're too busy to do this, find out time, nevertheless you would miss a precious moment of life. 2- Sing- This is the second one idea to be motivated and be positive. Singing a song creates a beautiful environment in our mind and provides a relax to our body. If you one of them who don't like to sing. no matter you may sing it in your voice. I know it will make laugh but laughing is also as need as singing. 3- Exercise- Exercise makes our body more active and fit to do any task.Morning exercise is useful for our body.
