Everyone need to be motivated in life and solutions to get rid of negative thoughts. Here I'm going to write some of my experiences which help to be motivated and positive. Hope you would also like these steps.
1- Smile-Don't think so that you should always smile, People will say fool to you. It means you should smile wherever it need. Don't check it, let it come out of the need. It gives natural benefits to your physical fitness. If you're too busy to do this, find out time, nevertheless you would miss a precious moment of life.
2- Sing- This is the second one idea to be motivated and be positive. Singing a song creates a beautiful environment in our mind and provides a relax to our body. If you one of them who don't like to sing. no matter you may sing it in your voice. I know it will make laugh but laughing is also as need as singing.
3- Exercise-Exercise makes our body more active and fit to do any task.Morning exercise is useful for our body. Running, Stretching, Asanas, and Yoga are the superb activities to make us energetic. Try once and feel the benefits of it.
4- Help- Helping is the act of God. I learned this from, my parents. if you help other, God will help you if you feel the need. So I do. And feel that helping other make your soul happier and relaxable. If you care a little, will find there are many people around you who need you.
5- Meditation-This is the best and approved idea from experts. Meditation is not only used to be fit but also avoiding in body diseases. It relax the mind and balance our thought. Meditation is one of the best therapy to be happy in life.
6- Wake up Early- "Early to bed early to rise make us Healthy, Wealthy and Wise," said by experts. If you go to bed early, you would get up early in the morning. Fix a time to get up in the morning and be punctual on this.Punctuality needs in each and every rule.
7- Be Spiritual- Go to a place with no noise at all and sit down. If you can't find a completely quiet place, go where at least it is comforting sounds, and sit down. Consider bringing a notebook or journal. Clear your mind of all thoughts. After clearing your mind, either free-think or else, if you have a topic in mind, focus on that. However, avoid the dead end, angering, and solution-less subjects. Focus on subjects where you are certain you can find new ground and progress. Another option is to look into your life, or your inner self and think about what's going on right now.
8- Read Books- Books are the best friend of human. If you love to read the book, you don't need the friendship. Books always help to find a right way of life and routine to live. Reading leads you towards a new creation and a new creation becomes a new Invention.
9- Get Inspired- "Inspiration" It is especially found to the veteran, expert and successful person. Learning and adopting other qualities and knowledge give us the inspiration to be motivated in life. Make your role model to be inspired. It will help you to complete your own dream.
10- Be thankful- Be thankful for family, friends, home and for nourishment. I mean to be thankful for everything you have. If you are reading this, you are probably a person in good health. Be thankful for that. However, there may be people in your family and community that are not as fortunate. Take time to help someone this week.
