It's the mysterious reason, rising up early is one of the toughest ways to improve, not only for me but for anyone you know.
Cut out the energizers that affect your sleep Schedule, particularly alcohol or any addictions, which finally affects your rising time.
Make a change. If you always get up at 9~10 am, it's really bad for health and don't expect that you will immediately wake up at 5 am the next day. Start off by improving your waking time by 15~30min every day until you reach your goal.
Always work on the goal with someone else. If you have a buddy who wants to wake up early too, this will help create more motive to wake up early.
Set your alarm clock. If you are trying to get into a new sleeping routine, an alarm clock is going to be required in the first few weeks. Once you will set it for you will likely start waking up automatically at around the same time on the daily basis without it.
Switch your alarm to your favorite music. Even we don't like alarm tone while ringing, change your alarm tone, it will let you enjoy in the early morning in getting up.
Get out of the bed immediately once you hear the alarm. Your dreams are before your eyes, don't be late to complete that. It feels better in the morning after rising up– But our mind doesn't be ready to go out. It press us to sleep with high pressure. Instead of giving it the chance to speak, pull yourself out of your bed the second the alarm rings. Before you know it, you will be awake and ready to start the day.
